It makes you fall asleep easier (like with much less effort, as it helps shuts your brain down) and you get a very deep quality sleep. I have a 15motnhs old and I can't tell you how much this helps with getting a better sleep and waking up a lot more fresh. Now I have an excuse to get my daily dose of chocolate goodness. HIGHLY recommend.

Not only is it in the form of (yummy) chocolate, but it kicks into effect about 45 minutes after consuming, and there is NO drowsiness the next day. I also love that it's all natural and drug free.
